Shipping with Trustico

How quickly can I get a freight quote?

Most quotes are returned within 30 minutes during business hours. Urgent or expedited requests are handled 24/7 by our dispatch team — just call us.

How do I track my shipment?

You receive proactive updates at pickup, in transit and at delivery. You can also use the Track Shipment page with your load, PRO or BOL number, or call our 24/7 dispatch line for a live update.

Is my freight insured?

Yes. Our fleet carries auto liability and cargo insurance on every load. Higher-value freight can be covered with additional cargo coverage — just let us know when you request a quote.

Drivers & Careers

What are the requirements to drive for Trustico?

A valid Class A CDL, at least 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (recent graduates are considered for select positions), a safe driving record and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.

How often will I be home?

It depends on the position: regional drivers are typically home weekly, OTR drivers every 2–3 weeks, and dedicated drivers often daily or several times per week. Your recruiter will explain the schedule for each opening.

Do you hire owner-operators?

Yes. Owner-operators can lease on to Trustico and run under our authority with consistent freight, fuel discounts and weekly settlements. Leave your details on the Careers page and our recruiter will call you.
